World of Discovery!

Hip hip hooray!
Disneyland Paris is celebrating it's 20th birthday!
On april 12th 1992, at 9 AM, the park, then called Euro Disney, opened it's doors for the first time!
I was just 10 years old, and I remember watching this on tv and telling my parents I wanted to go so bad! They refused, because it was way too expensive! So I thought it would never happen...
Well, it took me years, but in 2003 I had my very first visit to Disneyland Paris and I'm hooked ever since! I've visited the parks 11 times now, bought my first annuel passport last november and we have another trip planned in june!

To celebrate this big event, the Dutch and Belgian designers have teamed up and created a spectacular blogtrain! I proudly present you: World of Discovery!

This kit contains 14 papers, 54 elements and an alpha (including punctuation and numbers) and has lots of stuff for scrapping your LO's of Star Wars, Nautilus, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, or just Discoveryland in common.

Here's what my fellow designers have created with it:

Fiona
Renata:

When you have followed the blogtrain, you have come from Marieke's blog.
You will be heading to Raoul's blog from here.

Oh, and have you seen the new evening show 'Dreams' yet?
Warning: If you want to be surprised and see the show live at the parks, do not watch! ;-)

Have a great time riding the train!

Coming tomorrow!

Disneyland Paris will be 20 years old tomorrow!
And since I get a lot of my inspiration from this magical world of the mouse, this has to be celebrated...!!
So the Dutch and Belgian Designers have teamed up again for an amazing blogtrain that you just can't miss!
We're going to visit all parts of Disneyland paris, from the hotels to Disney Village, the Main Entrance, Main Street, Cinderella Castle, Adventure Land, Fantasyland, Frontierland and... my part of this AMAZING blogtrain... Discoveryland!
Here's a sneak peek of what will be waiting for you tomorrow:

I know it has been quiet on my blog. I haven't been doing CT's anymore, since I have been much too busy! We will be moving to another home within a few weeks and I'm studying a lot for some upcoming exams in June and July! Busy times for me!
But I'm still desiging, so when things have cooled down a bit in my private life, I will be giving my blog some extra care with a new look and some goodies for you!

So, I'll be seeing you fellow-Disneyfreaks tomorrow for my part of this blogtrain!
Sit back and enjoy the ride!

My last CT-post...

Those six months have gone by so quickly, I can't believe it!
The Pixie Dust and The Simple Dates were the last kits from Kelly for me!
I'm a bit sad that those six months of guest CT-ing are over, but I'm thankful to Kelly, Linda and all the other CT-members that I got the opportunity to working with them. Thanks girls, I had a blast working with you! And I'll be seeing you on Mousescrappers!

Kelly is now looking for new CT-members for her team!
Don't think about it for too long and apply fast!

Now that I don't do any CT's anymore right now, I'm going to try and finish some of my own scrapping. I started on my second Florida album (there are going to be 4 of them!) and I've been to Disneyland Paris 3 times already in the past 2 years! So I have a LOT of scrapping to do.

I'm also planning on learning how to design some more!
There's a SUPER blogtrain coming up next month, and if you are a Disneyfan, you shoudn't miss this one!

It's going to be busy months, I'll be starting another education soon!
I work in a drugstore and this study will be all about medication, including the Latin definitions.

It will be less busy the upcoming months on my blog, but don't worry!
I'll try to post some freebie goodies for you!

Dates and Pixie Dust...

When you're scrapping a Disney layout, it's almost automatic to add in a little pixie dust. Sometimes that's a dainty little trail or a bigger scatter. I think Tinker Bell would be so thrilled to know that there's all kinds of mixtures of pixie dust to sprinkle on your layouts. The more sparkle, the better!! Kelly's got a new set of larger pixie dust scatters today. Take a look.

PIXIE DUST VOLUME 4

Just like adding pixie dust to your layouts, adding a date should be automatic too. It's handy to have lots of different ways to put a date to your page. Kelly's got some adorable date tags today to include in your scrapping stash. These can be easily recolored and stacked. The cutouts on top include a Mickey head, a star and a heart.

SIMPLE DATES VOLUME9

Both these kits can be found at Kellybell Designs Store for 25% off until Sunday night. There's 3 other sets of pixie dust and 8 sets of date stamps to take a look at while you're browsing around in the store! Make sure you fill up your shopping cart with all these essentials.

Here's some inspiration of how I used the Pixie Dust and Simple Dates.

To spread a little pixie dust your way today, Kelly's Creative Team has 3 freebies for you. Once Tinker Bell sprinkles her pixie dust on you, you'll be able to fly over to Julie's Blog, Linda's Blog and Lisa's Blog to pick up your treasures! Find a friend today or someone who needs their spirits lifted and sprinkle some pixie dust around. See how many smiles you can get today!
